The Rose Garden Neighborhood Association was founded in 1985, and operated until around 2018 when a confluence of events led to the association effectively going dormant.
During the thirty years of the RGNA, it helped to launch the Rose, White, and Blue Parade, the Annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Rose Garden ,and advocated for the neighborhood on topics of traffic safety, blight reduction, and more.
We are excited to relaunch the neighborhood association and hope you will join the cause!
